Registration
To secure your trip reservation you can:

complete and send an adventure registration form. Please note that this
registration form is an Acrobat PDF document, and you will need Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed on your system to read it. (You can
download the Reader for free from Adobe Systems.)

General Policies

Deposit Information
Trips costing more than $1000: deposit = $400 ($200 non-refundable)
Trips costing less than $1000: deposit = $200 ($100 non-refundable)
Trips costing less than $500 = full payment due at time of registration

Late Sign-ups
Registrations received less than 30 days before trip departure date may
be subject to a $25 per person late sign-up fee to cover the expense of
an expedited registration process.

Small Group Tier Pricing
Most of our prices are based on a minimum number of participants. In
some cases prices must be adjusted when the group size falls bellow the
minimum. We do everything we can to make a trip go even with a single
participant. Small Group Tier Pricing amounts vary from trip to trip but
are typically 10% - 20% more than basic land cost and may be assessed up
to 30 days before the trip departure date. Final decision to cancel a
trip due to insufficient enrollment is made at least 30 days prior to
departure.

Refund Policy
If you must cancel prior to departure, the following fee will be
assessed based upon our receipt of your written cancellation request:
Days Prior to Departure (trip destination)
90 or more ........ $100 (United States) / $200 (outside the States)
60 to 89 ............. $300
45 to 59 ............. 50% fee
1 to 44 ............. 100% fee
